Terms of Use

Wizardverse (wizardverse.org) provides guided setup wizards and tools that help you install and run software on your own computer. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

The service

• The wizards run setup steps on your machine only when you run them. You are responsible for what runs on your hardware.
• Third-party software installed or launched by a wizard (e.g. NVIDIA Isaac Sim, cuOpt, ROS 2, Docker) is governed by its own licences, which you accept with the respective vendor.
• The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind; to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from its use.

Licence & intellectual property

The Wizardverse platform and the software it distributes (the "Software") are proprietary and confidential. This is not open-source software. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and run the Software for your own evaluation and use only. We retain ownership of all intellectual-property rights in the Software.

• You may not copy, publish, mirror, or redistribute the Software or any part of it.
• You may not sell, resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise it, or use it to build a competing product.
• You may not create derivative works from it, reverse engineer it (except where that right cannot be excluded by law), or remove its notices.
• Access is personal and read-only; do not share your account, clone tokens, or downloads. Downloads are attributed to your account, are logged, and may carry per-user identifiers so leaked copies can be traced.

Software you download is additionally governed by the End-User License Agreement (EULA.md) and the LICENSE file included with it. Where they add detail, those documents apply.

Your account

• One account per person; keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service (excessive automated traffic, attempts to breach other users or the platform, or unauthorised copying or distribution).

Changes

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. If you do not agree, stop using the service and ask us to delete your account.
